Savin Hill Little League offers a number of Summer "All-Star" travel teams that will compete against all-star caliber teams from other cities and towns once the Spring season is completed. For an explanation of the team selection process visit the "Summer Player Selction Process" tab.
All teams will begin practicing in mid June. We understand that people have other commitments during the summer months, however we ask that only players who can meet a bare minimum of 75% attendance level try out for these teams.
If there are more players than number of spots, cuts will have to be made. We only want players who are committed to the "team concept" and who will always try their hardest and do what is best for the team regardless of their role. There will be no tolerance for "me first" players (or parents) who undermine the team because they are not happy with their role on the team or the amount of playing time they are receiving. Any parent or player who might not be okay with the possibility of receiving partial playing time throughout the summer is encouraged not to sign up.
