Majors Division (Ages 9-12)
This is our most competitive division. All players will receive equal instruction time from coaches, though playing time is divided at the coach's discretion. All players will play at least 3 defensive innings and bat once per game, and play a full game at least 1/4 of the games they show up for.
At this level, players are able to steal bases, take leads, and bunt.
Players must demonstrate that they are able to meet the demands of certain positions to be considered to play at those positions during a game. For infield, that means that players should be able to field a routine ground ball, and make an accurate throw to first base with relative consistency. For catchers, that means the ability catch just about every ball thrown near the strike zone, and a strong enough arm to throw to second to catch a runner that is stealing. For pitchers, that means the ability to throw strikes on a consistent basis. Coaches will work with all players in practice to develop skills and ensure that all players improve.
There will be 2-3 games per week (one or two on the weeknights and one on Saturday morning/afternoon) as well as practices which are scheduled at each coaches discretion (typically once a week)
For information on rosters, league standings, and schedules please visit the "Team Pages" tab at the top of the page.
Minors Division (Ages 7-10)
This is our intermediate division. Players will play competitively, although the emphasis at this level is on learning the fundamentals of the game and having fun. Teams will use a continuous batting order, and each player will play at least 3 defensive innings per game.
At this level there is no stealing bases, bunting, or taking leads, however players will learn how to run the bases correctly, know the difference between a force play and a non-force play, how to cut-off balls to the outfield and more.
In order to play the skill positions of pitcher, first base, and shortstop players must be able to demonstrate they can do so without being a danger to their own safety. (For example, a player that cannot consistently catch balls that are thrown to them cannot play first base). Players will work on these skills during practices.
There will be 2-3 games per week (one or two on the weeknights and one on Saturday morning/afternoon) as well as practices which are scheduled at the coaches' discretion (typically once a week). We are also hoping to introduce Minors clinics throughout the season free of charge.

Tee-Ball (Ages 5-7)
This level will serve as an introduction to baseball. Players will learn the basic fundamentals (how to throw, field a ball, hit a ball off a tee etc) but the emphasis at this level is to just let the kids have fun. No score is kept during games. Innings will last until each player hits rather than 3 outs. All players will play in the field on defense.

This division is played with the same rules that high schools use. Players may take leads, throw breaking pitches etc.
